Richard Hayes is a supply chain leader with 30 years’ experience across construction, utilities and nuclear. He has been a professional CIPS member for the last 20 years and an active member of the South Wales branch. 

With Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) at the centre of his leadership style, Richard has recent experience in delivering cultural transformation and unlocking and developing high performing teams. This approach was recognised by winning the CIPS Outstanding EDI Practices in Supply Chain award in 2024, along with being finalists in risk management and supply chain resilience categories.
