Rebecca is an experienced leader within procurement strategy and latterly in technology procurement. She leads a team focussed on responsible sourcing (social value, supplier diversity, sustainability and ethical trade) procurement policy, supplier management and all aspects of supplier engagement.  

Rebecca has been with the Co-op since 2013 and in that time has led transformational change projects, introduced new technology and new ways of working, and ensured that Co-op’s vision and strategy is embedded at every stage of the procurement lifecycle. Prior to joining the Co-op, Rebecca worked in the procurement team at BT.
