Madeline Fitton is a Chartered Status MCIPS procurement professional with 20 years’ experience across public and private sector. Madeline has spent the last eight years working in the facilities management industry and currently heads up growth strategy at Sodexo while sitting as the Modern Slavery specialist for the region. 

Madeline is Chair of the BSA Modern Slavery Council and is a contributing member of the British Standards Institute Human Rights Due Diligence Committee. In 2023, Madeline won the Unseen Business Awards Individual Impact Award and has been named in the CPO Strategy Global Sustainable Procurement Champion Index for two years running. Madeline has just launched and will chair the Ireland Modern Slavery Council, a massive step forward in tackling modern slavery in Ireland.
