Faye Dolan, Framework Director at Procure Partnerships, has a career spanning seven years in the construction industry. Grounded in practical, technical construction background and with a master’s degree in Construction Project Management, she combines academic rigour with practical expertise to inform her strategic decisions and approach to complex challenges.  

Faye oversees the day-to-day operations of the Framework, as well as lending her expertise in troubleshooting project challenges. At a strategic level, she ensures that Framework users are well informed about market trends and policy updates, positioning Procure Partnerships Framework as a leader in the construction and procurement landscape.
