Emma is a senior procurement professional with over 17 years’ experience across multiple sectors, from banking and finance to HR, recruitment, global electronics and distribution, and now housing.  

Alongside her main role as Director of Procurement & Sustainability for MTVH, she wears a number of other hats. She is Chair of the London Procurement Community of Practice (G15), Commercial Lead for the National Housing Procurement Association, Advisory Board Member for ProcureCo , and Director & Trustee of the Molly Huggins Foundation – a charitable arm of MTVH to deliver fundraising for residents and communities. She has also served as Non-exec Director for other housing associations.
