Tim Young has over 20 years of experience in procurement and sales, across the public and private sectors. Tim is a Fellow of CIPS and tutors the CIPS course alongside his main role of Procurement Manager for a leading UK housebuilder. 

Tim has autism and his focus and drive in life is to try to improve working conditions and increase opportunities for employment for people with autism. A self-professed rebel, Tim likes to challenge the status quo.
