Professor Lewis has been an active researcher, teacher, and advisor for nearly 30 years. His highly cited and impactful work engages with the practical multi-level challenges of operations and supply, including issues such as risk management, contract and relationship management, and the regulation of emerging technologies. In addition to his university role, he is supply-chain theme leader for the UKRI SALIENT resilience hub, a Be the Business Fellow and a Zinc fellow. He is also non-executive director of 1st Impressions, a social enterprise.
