The majority of Alison's career was spent in procurement in HSBC, where she was the Global Chief Procurement Officer for many years and then remained in HSBC but moved into the Corporate Finance Business. Her last role at HSBC was Head of Government Finance during covid, after which Alison left HSBC and took a year out before moving to Carbonaires, a carbon asset management company which focuses on helping organisations reach their net zero targets.
