Alice is the sustainability manager for Gratte Brothers Group, leading the company towards a positive, sustainable future. At the heart is the Journey to Net Zero initiative, which sits alongside fleet replacement and supplier engagement strategies. Gratte Brothers work spans multiple industries, including M&E, security, maintenance and tech, presenting the opportunity to work alongside a wide range of clients and suppliers, each with their own sustainability journey. 

Alice also works to ensure environmental compliance across the group, and encourage employee engagement with topics within sustainability and CSR, running the ‘Gratte Green Committee’ group to provide the opportunity for this engagement.
